Position Summary

The Elevate Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with managing and facilitating the day-to-day operations of Company's Elevate coaching program. The role is primarily responsible, under direct supervision, for ensuring coaches and students are supported in order to achieve retail sales goals. In addition, this role is responsible for collaborating with the team to create supporting program materials.

Interaction/Supervision: Acts as a mentor/guide to less experienced professional contributor staff in a similar role; works independently and only under general direction; guided by professional standards, desired outcomes, and project plan specifications

Essential Functions

  • Offer support for Elevate Coaching Program Manager, along with leadership, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and semester setup.
  • Collaborate and create an agenda for each coach to follow along and take notes for their bi-weekly coaching calls.
  • Assist with open enrollment and managing an ongoing waitlist, communication, and scheduling consultations for future coaching students.
  • Assist with scheduling for onboarding new coaches for training purposes.
  • Once semester is underway, prepare personalized coach and student semester calendars, along with coaching call agendas and templates for bi-weekly calls.
  • Establish and maintain digital folders for coach and program resources.
  • Provide support for monthly training calls to ensure they are recorded, communicated, and posted to internal systems.
  • Schedule monitoring of coaching calls to ensure feedback is provided for recognition or areas of improvement.
  • Assist the Program Manager with tracking student growth and rankings periodically.
  • Coordinate the collection of video testimonials for recruiting new students and new hires.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience demonstrating proficiency in organization skills and communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented, strong editor and proofreader skills.
  • Proficient at working in Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficient at creating PowerPoint presentations and Word-based written communication materials.
  • Ability to follow through and complete projects under direction.
  • Apply sound judgment in execution of core job responsibilities.
  • Does not indirectly or directly supervise any employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.
